Pastor Position
The Ann Arbor Christian Reformed Church (AACRC) is pleased to announce an exciting ministry opportunity for a full-time pastor. The position is an opportunity to join a ministry team with our Pastor of Worship Ministries, experienced staff, and caring volunteers in ministering to our entire congregation, while having primary responsibility for the needs of families and youth. In joining us, the selected candidate will:
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the needs of all ministries of the church are met
- Provide pastoral leadership and support for existing programs for families and youth
- Assess and when necessary, modify and/or design and develop new programs for families and youth
- Help the congregation understand and fulfill our vision for families and youth
- Serve as a resource person for the leaders of youth ministries
- Participate in youth group activities and meetings
- Promote and encourage service opportunities involving families and youth
- Encourage youth to participate in worship
- Preach (25-40%) and lead worship, along with our Pastor of Worship Ministries

The position comes with some flexibility to shape the position based on the selected candidate’s gifts and interests. The selected candidate must be ordained, or able and willing to be ordained, in the Christian Reformed Church.
