HCJB Global, the world’s first missionary broadcast organization known as HCJB World Radio, has been touching lives around the globe since 1931. The Christian Center of Communications (CCC) began a three-year, college-level program in Quito, Ecuador in 1984, training young Christians to become professionals in mass media communications. Courses integrate Biblical knowledge with technical courses and provide hands-on experience in radio, television and print journalism. In 2001, CCC became accredited through an affiliation with Northwestern College in St. Paul, MN. Graduates of the CCC receive an Associate of Arts Degree from Northwestern College in Science and Bible with a specialty in Broadcasting and Electronic Media.
